I remember seeing a myriad colors in my dreams,
each with a very different and unique themes.
As if they represent the several people we meet,
some are friends and some others we just greet.
Some friends are like the vast ocean that is blue,
they accommodate everyone and remain true.
Some friends are like shades of black and gray,
Some friends are like shades of black and gray,
not sure what turn they take ‘n we can only pray.
I have even met brighter shades of red and green,
and are the ones who add a lot of fun to the scene.
Some are like the white paper and remain quiet,
but give us the space and even allow us to write.
If you wish to paint a rainbow and add color to your day,
make sure you have people of all shades and would stay.
It is color that brings life to the many things that we see,
without friends our life is like a treasure without a key.
